I’m Jo, the Quality and Compliance Manager here at Zenith. My role is to ensure quality of provision, drive continual improvement, and ensure full compliance across all contracts. I love the diversity of my role, working across a range of contracts, overseeing the quality and compliance department, and working alongside partner organisations to deliver the best possible service. Additionally, I am the internal quality assurer for our Train to Teach boot camp, supporting trainers and ensuring the qualifications are delivered and assessed in line with requirements.

Some of the most enjoyable aspects of my role are observing trainers meeting our learners to learn about their experiences, and conducting deep dives into our provision to showcase good practice and identify areas for continual improvement. For me though, the best part of my role is still seeing our team and learners achieving great results and realising their goals.
